Advertised Development

This page lists Development and Modification Applications which constitutes advertised development, or are required by legislation to be published on Council’s website, during the exhibition period.

Council’s Community Participation Plan outlines development types which are subject to advertisement, for example; Shop top housing, Multi-unit dwellings, Seniors Housing, Boarding Houses, Residential Flat Buildings etc. Further, it is a requirement under Section 56 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2021, that certain development types be published on Council’s website, including Designated Development and Nominated Integrated Development.

To view the detail of the applications listed below, simply select the Application Number highlighted in blue, and it will take you to the relevant application details and information.

Note: The Exhibition Notice document provides additional detail such as, the consent authority, the exhibition start and end dates, and any external approvals as applicable to the application. This notice can be accessed via the “Documents” tab.
