Removal of a cosmetic (non-structural) block wall on the roof terrace and making the external balustrade wall of the roof terrace safe by adding glass to bring it to regulatory height. This is to improve drainage on the roof terrace which has been subject to leaks as well as bring consistency to the exterior wall of the strata. Other units have been approved (DA2020/0827) to have glass balustrades and these are the last two units along the North-West wall which require approval to make consistent and safe
