to rezone the property at 4 Bellara Ave, North Narrabeen from SP2 Infrastructure to R2 Low Density Residential, and apply a 550sqm minimum lot size to the property under Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014. Amendments to Pittwater 21 Development Control Plan (DCP) also accompany the proposal. The DCP change applies to the Landscape Area Map, to introduce a minimum landscape area requirement of 50% of the property, consistent with adjoining properties.
