The Delivery Program and Operational Plan

The Delivery Program is where Council takes ownership of the Objectives in the Community Strategic Plan that are within our area of responsibility. Our Delivery Program is structured around Council's 16 Key Services; for each Key Service we provide financial information and programs over four years. The annual Operational Plan is integrated into the Delivery Program and details the continuing activities and actions (operational and capital) which we will deliver during 2015-2016. It also forecasts actions for a further three years.

A range of major projects will be delivered over the next four years in response to community priorities. They are featured separately.
